MEDICINE CREEK PHEASANT RANCH

Facilities

Authier Ranch - LOCATED 30 miles South of Pierre near the junction on U.S. 83 and Interstate 90. From Vivian, proceed North ½ mile, then East 2 miles, then South ½ mile.

We are not a game farm. In addition to our own land, we reserved hunting rights on over 4,000 acres, increasing our total hunting area to nearly 10,000 acres of farm and ranch land.

In 2010, we will start the 1^st part of September and conclude the season in mid-December. We will also keep the limit at four cocks per day.

Facilities -

Our hunters will be accommodated at our ranch. We feature:
    Seven bedroom modernized farmhouse.
    Jacuzzi, Deck, Pool Table & Game Room.
    Five bedroom remodeled barn with private baths
    Five bedroom remodeled granary
    Two bedroom lodge with private baths and indoor dog kennels
   Automatic trap thrower, three hot tubs, open bar, pool tables and deck
   Satellite television
    Internet access
    Four-wheel drive transportation
    Transportation to and from Pierre airport at no charge
   Van service available from the Rapid City or Sioux Falls airport for a fee

Services

We also provide:
    -         Guide service
    -         Hunting dogs
    -         Modernized dog kennels for your hunting dogs
    -         Three home-cooked meals/day
    -         Beer and liquor (after hunt)
    -         Cleaning and freezing of birds
    -         Grouse hunting also available.
            Good native populations of Sharptail and Prairie Chickens
    -         Goose hunting along the White River available at $150.00 per day.
    -         References available
    -         Golden Buffalo & Lode Star Casinos only a short 45 minute drive

Costs for 2010

We offer
    5-day packages at $3250.00;
    4-day package for $2700.00;
    3-day package for $2150.00,
    2-day package for $1550.00 and a
    1-day package for $ 800.00
     Only day hunt for $ 625.00 (lunch included)

In addition, a 5% sales tax and a 10% gratuity, which is divided between our employees, will be added to the cost of the hunt.
Please enclose a $250 deposit per hunter per day.

** Cost of Packages before September 30th or after December 1^st -
    5-day packages at $2700.00;
    4-day package for $2350.00;
    3-day package for $1850.00,
    2-day package for $1300.00 and a
    1-day package for $ 675.00.
     Only day hunt for $ 525.00 (lunch included)

License Fees:
    Preserve Hunting License            $ 65.00
    Non-Resident Hunting License    $114.00
    Goose Hunting License                $100.00
    Goose Hunting                            $175.00

We require a $250.00 per day per gun deposit in order to secure a reservation.

REFUND POLICY - NO REFUND unless cancellation is before June 1st.
